After using AdwCleaner, windows suddenly not legal?

Since I had to kill a pesky piece of adware, I used AdwCleaner to remove it. Meanwhile I was removing some retro games to gain more diskspace.

I remember that either Avatar or Lego Alpha Team remove a DLL file that claimed to be used by other programs. (Maybe it's related, I dunno.)

Yet, my legal Windows 7, which was pre-installed on my laptop... Is now suddenly an illegal copy?

What now?
