Hi my first time here and with a virus/trojan? I hope I am posting correctly.  I have Malwarebytes Pro installed along with Kaspersky.  A routine scan showed 3 pup items quarrantined and following the prompt I deleted them.  Perhaps a stupid question having read posts on how hard they are to remove but does this mean tgey are gone and my laptop is safe to use?

They are pretty nasty, because filling your system with a lof of crap, but we will clean them pretty easily.

I followed the link but unfortunately neither of the DDS links seem to work.  The DDS SCR opens to a blank tab, and the optional DDS.com opens in the browser and the tab immediately closes.

Download OTL to your Desktop

• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
• Please tick the Scan All users. Next, click the Quick Scan button. The scan wont take long.
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) the contents of these files, one at a time and post them in your topic.

Thanks for the help with that, I realised that I had paid for my pro Malwarebytes and have contacted the support folk.  Thank you for your prompt assist, amazing in the modern world.  Hopefully they are sorting the problem.
