Malwarebytes Detected Multiple Entries

Hello,

 

I ran malwarebytes for the first time and came up with a list about 40 items deep that have came up after running my first qwick scan.  I'm not sure which should be removed and what items shouldn't be removed as they can cause PC error/problems.  Should I post my log from my last run or how can I receive help?  Thanks

Removal is optional and up to the user.  Personally I would not want any of them on my own computer and would remove all of them.

If you do decide to remove them and have any trouble with one or more of them returning please let me know and we can run some other tools to see what's going on.
