Search.nation.com? How can I remove it?

I got infected by this Search.nation.com virus. I ran MalwareBytes and managed to remove some files but it didn't remove the search nation toolbar so I had to uninstall it manually. Most of all, I cannot change the homepage of Chrome from this site. I tried it in Chrome settings but it still shows up as the start page.

 

I found several instruction regarding this virus in the internet but they didn't really work. What should I do now?
