Got The FBI warning Virus. Need help run mbam from dos

I got the stupid virus that Locks you out your computer saying its the FBI and use paypak to send money for the fine. I have mbam installed and I can get into windows repair. I tried restore point but it fails, Tried to enter safe mode and it opens desktop then shuts down. I can get to the dos comman prompt in windows repairs and I have tried to get mbam to run from what I have read online but I think Im doing something wrong... I have the dos box open and It is at C:\>    ...Thats where I need help from to get mbam to scan. I have the free version. I am running windows 7 ultimate 32byte version.

 

I do believe mbam is located on this machine at C:\User\owner\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe

 

I tried it as C:\> CD: C:\User\owner\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe /quickscan

That didnt work. Im not well versed in commandline usage so Can someone walk me through the process to run mbam from this command line prompt to get this virus out. Thanks Joe

I can also boot to safe mode with command line prompt

Nevermind I was able to use Hitman Pro usb boot stick to boot and clean the virus out. All clean now thread can be closed
