This is an on-going issue with Voxility (owner of the range this IP lives on), surrounding their refusing to deal with abuse reports from me.

 

I've understood they've recently emailed me to try and finally get this resolved, and if this is indeed the case, then progress may finally be made that could result in the unblocking of their IPs (though and this must be stressed, given their current clientele, this would require their terminating the offenders (incidentally, almost all of the offenders, are blackhat hosts from the likes of hackforums.net, that resell hosting to other criminals for the likes of housing exploit kits, Java drive-by's and the likes)).

 

If you still have your site there, I must at this point, continue to strongly recommend you move it elsewhere.

Thanks for the details Steven. It isn't my site but a company we have had dealings with (legitimate!). I'll pass on your suggestion that they move their site.
