Help a Grandma!

Just took my grandmother's computer for the day as she has somehow gone over her internet limit of 40gig which is just not possible.

There is no fileshare service running and I have done a few things to clean up her computer but I'm afraid I haven't gotten rid of the source that's eating up her bandwidth.

Currently running Rokario just to watch the bandwidth. Also just downloaded jijackthis and here is the log, i'm hoping you good fellows can help me out:
