FBI Moneypak virus PLEASE HELP!

So i'm infected with the FBI Moneypak virus and while waiting for AVG to send me instructions on how to remove it I researched it myself using my daughters laptop.

I came across several links all pointing to Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. So as instructed I downloaded the free version, installed, restarted my laptop out of safemode and into the new administrator account I was instructed to create.

As soon as the desktop finished loading a balloon popped up to let me know that my trial version was expired... But I just downloaded it & installed it 5 mins ago... How am I supposed to remove the virus if the tool I have just barely aquired is expired before I even get a chance to use it?

PLEASE HELP!!!!!
