Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.

Please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post only DDS.txt directly into your reply.

Your prior posts had a lot of extra (unwanted) formatting.

Start NOTEPAD

Start NOTEPAD. Check and make sure "word wrap" is off.

From Notepad main menu bar, Select F (format) and make sure Word Wrap is NOT checked.

IF it -is- checkmarked, click that one time so that it is un-checked.

ONLY use NOTEPAD {...not Word nor Wordpad) to open & copy all contents of a log.

ONLY IF a log is too large to fit in 1 reply, then in that case, do an attach of the log into the reply.

What you need to do, when replying

is click on the More Reply Options button at the bottom of the forum topic,

More-reply-opt2_zps48795ac0.gif

and then make sure that the "toolbar at top of the reply box" is OFF. If it is on, click 1 time on the light-switch icon so that it is off.

This shows a good setting:

Reply-toolbar-1_zps77e87141.gif

This shows an "undersired" setting:

Reply-toolbar-2_zps325a8009.gif

Further, I want you to "preview" your post before pressing the final "Add reply" button :excl:

You did not delete or have MBAM put anything in Quarantine when it finished ?!!

IF you do not have an add-on 3rd-party tool that you knowingly installed, like Classic Shell or Stardock's Start8, then you need to re-run MBAM and have it remove ALL items it tagged.

Like

HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer|ForceClassicControlPanel (Hijack.ControlPanelStyle)

Registry Data Items Detected: 3

HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer|ForceActiveDesktopOn (PUM.Hijack.Desktop)

HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System|NoDispScrSavPage (PUM.Hijack.DisplayProperties)

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\SystemRestore|DisableConfig (Windows.Tool.Disabled)

After you have finished with the MBAM fix, copy & paste that into a new reply.

  • Download & SAVE to your Desktop Tigzy's RogueKiller >> from here << or
    >> from here <<
  • Quit all programs that you may have started.
  • Please disconnect any USB or external drives from the computer before you run this scan!
  • For Vista or Windows 7 / 8, do a right-click on the program, select Run as Administrator to start, & when prompted Allow to run.
For Windows XP, double-click to start.
  • Wait until Prescan has finished ...
  • Then Click on Scan button at upper right of screen.
  • Wait until the Status box shows "Scan Finished"
  • Click on Report and copy/paste the content of the Notepad into your next reply.
  • The log should be found in RKreport[1].txt on your Desktop
  • Do NOT press any Fix button.
  • Exit/Close RogueKiller
