Infection help required please

Unfortunately I have been infected with the "you have a security problem" trojan

I also get the popup alert and the direction to the ANYKUP.com web page

I have run the anti-malware and it got rid of a couple of files, so the red X in the system tray has gone, but the popups are still happening

I have also run the Hijackthis scan, but need help on what to do next.

My system is....

XP PRO service pack3

AMD Athlon 64

2Ghz

1.5Gb RAM

Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
Click
Yes
to allow ComboFix to continue scanning for malware.
When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you.
Please post the
C:\ComboFix.txt
along with a
new HijackThis log
so we may continue cleaning the system.
