Operating memory - Win32/Olmarik.TDL4 trojan - unable to clean

Hi Everyone i am new in forum i don't know what to do so i post on this place. I have ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.0.474.0 Business Edition. when i try to scan my PC with ESET i got this message i try many time with some spyware software to remove this trojan but unsuccess. i use PC Tools Spyware Doctor. ESET show this

Please advise if you still have the same issues or if you have otherwise resolved them.

If not resolved, and you desire guided help here, do rerun the DDS program and post back copy of contents of DDS.txt file.
