Post XP 2012 malw, still seeing outgoing reqs

Had the XP 2012 and went through all the steps to remove it, but malware website blocking is still blocking a rotating set of IPs roughly every five seconds. I think there's a remnant left somewhere trying to access the web to reinfect.

In the future, please post all logs directly into your reply instead of attaching them unless otherwise indicated. With that said, please update MBAM, run a Quick Scan, and post its log.

Next, run DDS again and post DDS.txt directly in your reply.
