  1. No

A new problem has cropped up. Scan keeps reporting Trojans found.

I wonder if others see it. Report shows every time a scan is run.

I quarantine it every time and it shows up on the next scan.

I have run every malware/ antivirus scanner I can find and they show nothing.

    Hello @jadinolf

1.)  Please help your system, and the Malwarebytes' developers/staffers, by supplying any of the missing information requested in the How to Report a New Issue topic and most importantly making sure to include the much-needed MBAMSERVICE.LOG.

2.)  Additionally, attach (do not compress/copy/paste) the separate FRST.txt and the Addition.txt output diagnostic reports from only Log Set 1.  The appropriate Farbar Recovery Scan Tool utility must be executed with "Run as administrator" privileges.

Soon after all the requested data is posted, the Malwarebytes' QA & Developer Teams, and staffers can commence their analysis.  Thank you always for your assistance.

I will next time. Version 3 is gone from this computer and I am back to version 2.

    Sorry

  3. I decided to try another install of 3 on a new computer.

By NEW I mean it has never had 3 on it before.dA

Uninstalled 2 and then cleaned the registry.

Installed 3 and the computer immediately locked up with the mouse pointer stuck in the taskbar.

This has happened on my hast 3 attempts to install Version 3.

I DO have 2 successful installs but don't really see a difference between my failures and my successes.

Just thought I would pass this on.
