  3. Reboot only means your system will be restarted after the FRST fix completes, there will be NO factory reset. The changes will only be what is included in the FRST fix...

Please download the correct portable version (32-bit or 64-bit) of RogueKiller for your system and save the file to your computer Desktop. https://www.techspot.com/downloads/5562-roguekiller.html https://m.majorgeeks.com/files/details/roguekiller.html Right-click on the RogueKiller file and select Run as administrator to start the tool. Click Yes to accept the UAC security warning that may appear. Click Accept to agree with the EULA (End User License Agreement) and close the browser tab it will open. Now click the Scan blue button and under the Standard Scan (recommended) click on the Scan button. When the scan is complete, click on Report button. NOTE: DO NOT delete any found entries. All listed entries will be carefully analyzed. Then click on Report button. Click Export button and select "Text file". Give a name to the file such as RKlog.txt and save it to the Desktop or in a location where you can easily find it. Click the Finish button and close RogueKiller window.   9. Did you run the "Clean" option with AdwCleaner...?
  10. Do not worry about the language, I can use Google Translator if needed... I do not see any obvious Malware or Infection in the FRST logs, the only real issue is having Avast and F-Secure running together. Even though you are in safe mode both AV`s have active drivers running, they will definitely clash with each other and may cause problems... Will check over FRST logs again, back shortly...
  11. Scan with Autoruns Please download Sysinternals Autoruns from the following link: https://live.sysinternals.com/autoruns.exe save it to your desktop. Note: If using Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 or Windows 10 then you also need to do the following: Right-click on Autoruns.exe and select Properties Click on the Compatibility tab Under Settings check the box next to Run this program as an administrator Click on Apply then click OK Double-click Autoruns.exe to run it. Once it starts, please press the Esc key on your keyboard. Now that scanning is stopped, click on the Options button at the top of the program and verify that the following are checked, if they are unchecked, check them: Hide empty locations Hide Windows entries Click on the Options button at the top of the program and select Scan Options... then in the Autoruns Scan Options dialog enable/check the following two options: Verify code signatures Check VirusTotal.com Once that's done click the Rescan button at the bottom of the Autoruns Scan Options dialog and this will start the scan again, this time let it finish. When it's finished and says Ready. on the lower left of the program window, please click on the File button at the top of the program and select Save and save the file to your desktop and close Autoruns. Right click on the file on your desktop that you just saved and hover your mouse over Send To and select Compressed (zipped) Folder Attach the ZIP folder you just created to your next reply

Next, Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit from here: http://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mbar Right click on the tool (select "Run as Administrator) to start the extraction to a convenient location. (Desktop is preferable) Open the folder where the contents were unzipped and run mbar.exe Follow the instructions in the wizard to update and allow the program to scan your computer for threats. Click on the Cleanup button to remove any threats and reboot if prompted to do so. Wait while the system shuts down and the cleanup process is performed. Perform another scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit to verify that no threats remain. If they do, then click Cleanup once more and repeat the process. When done, please post the two logs produced they will be in the MBAR folder... mbar-log.txt and system-log.txt Thank you, Kevin..

Retrieve the MSRT log as follows, and post it in your next reply: 1) Select the Windows key and R key together to open the "Run" function 2) Type or Copy/Paste the following command to the "Run Line" and Press Enter: notepad c:\windows\debug\msert.log The log will include log details for each time MSRT has run, we only need the most recent log by date and time....
