I've just reinstalled MWB for the first time in a few weeks and seen this VPN rubbish on the main dashboard. I don't use the VPN service so this is just marketing spam which (as a paying customer) I don't appreciate. Why is there no option to remove this from the dashboard?

Same here. I find it frustrating how Malwarebytes still haven't released an updated version including a fix for this. Not even seen a beta version to try. The issue has been known for months now and Kaspersky is one of the major AV providers. Its not at all realistic to expect people to downgrade their AV software just to ensure another app doesn't cause their machine to freeze up.

Same here. Have had to uninstall Malwarebytes as it was causing Firefox & other apps to freeze. Couldn't even kill them from Task Manager. Was fine until latest version of Kaspersky Internet Security was installed a few days ago. Can someone at Kaspersky look into this please? Have tried the steps suggested above but without any success.
