  1. For the record. I discovered that the issue is with the Killer Ethernet 2.5Gbps device. You need to install the Killer Intelligence center along with the performance suite installed. Then turn off the prioritization engine (Killer Intelligence center) and things work as expected. For some reason I attributed this to Malwarebytes. Though I was pretty sure that when I discovered the issue and tested by disabling Malwarebytes that the upload speeds returned to normal.
  2. It shows 1.0 Gbps. I sent the logs as requested by support. I will try the beta experience to see if it makes a difference. Thanks!!
  3. I tried remove the Kller Ethernet suite and just used the driver to identify the card and that did not correct the issue. I also directed support to this thread for review.
  4. I am one BIOS update behind at the moment. HWINFO attached. as mentioned no problems with upload on the wireless and the attached USB 2.5GB ethernet. The problem is solely with the onboard Killer Ethernet 2.5 nic. computer.zip
  5. I updated to the latest Killer drivers 10.53.1001 dated October 2021 and that did not seem to fix it. So right now I am using a USB ethernet until I can figure this out. This was working fine before I was getting a flurry of updates to Malware bytes. The latest version seems to have introduced the issue.
  6. I ran windows updates and restarted. Same issue. I decided to disconnect Ethernet and use wireless and the upload speeds go up to what I would expect them to be on wireless. I tested a USB-C network adapter and upload performance goes up to 950Mbps. So it appears to be some kind of conflict with the Onboard NIC on this laptop. The NIC is a Realtek Killer E3100G 2.5 Ethernet. Probably a driver issue but whatever the issue is Malwarebytes and the Onboard NIC do not seem to get along.
  7. I used the tool to do a clean install and now I am on 4.5.6. Issue persists. I attached the zip files containing the logs as requested. Thanks for taking a look. mbst-grab-results.zip
  8. I have AT&T fiber 1Gbps service. One of the latest updates severely limited by upload speed. Without MalwareByes running I top out at 950Mbps. When it is running it barely hits 60Mbps, sometimes close to 100mbps but never more than that. Running the latest update of Premium 4.5.5 I went through the settings and I cannot find the source of this.
  9. There is another thread on this forum with the same issue. It has to do with your exclusions. In my case along with another there was an exclusion relating to Firefox. In this case I excluded a firefox extension that MWP was complaining about a number of months ago. Why now there is a problem who knows.
  10. Yup same here. Started about an hour ago. So most likely an update has caused this. This happens way to much with this product.
