  1. It's still starting up pretty slowly. Ever since the first initial cleanup. Any more ideas as to why it would be behaving as such?
  2. Hey Aura, I cannot seem to be able to find these. Here are the screen shots of the extension and apps page. The first is the former and the 2nd the latter
  3. Hey Aura, I have ran both the programs and completed the scans. The files have been attached. AdwCleaner[C0].txt JRT.txt
  4. Hey Aura, I have completed the scan and the quarantine as well. I have noticed that my computer has slowed down a significant amount. Is it perhaps due to some registry files being damaged by the malware that was on here? Here is the export summary. Export File.txt
  5. If you didn't see my edit I am unable to access malware bytes, a message pops up saying "unable to connect to service"
  6. Hey Aura, I uhhh played League of Legends while it was running hehe (I thought that would be fine if I did, I didn't read your reply) . But it did finish. Here is the systems log for the scan. By the way, after the scan and deletion I tried to see if I can access Malware bytes on my computer and instead of saying this resource is in use, it said "unable to connect to the service" system-log.txt
  7. Hey Aura, Thanks for such a quick reply. I see you are very busy with your full time job and volunteer services on this site and I am extremely grateful for the help. Anyhow, I have been running the scan for a few hours now and am just updating to let you know that it is still ongoing albeit it says that the program is not responding. I have attached a screenshot of the program, mind the messy desktop.
  8. Here are the scan files for the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool which i needed to include. My apologies. FRST.txt Addition.txt
  9. Hello everyone, My name is Tim and I have recently been having problems with my computer. Hence this post. I have followed several guides on the removal process of this root kit, however somewhere along those guides I am unable to run any of the programs due to the virus. Such attempts have involved me downloading malware anti root kit software, running rkill to be bale to download Anti-Malware, and trying to initiate a system restore. All of these have failed. Please let me know if I need to provide any further information to get on the road of getting this problem resolved. Thanks for all the help!
