When trying to make system restores i always get this issue i run windows 10 64 bit in a samsung 850 evo ssd in my other two hard drives i run window 7 32 bit and linux ubuntu if thats releveant i just dont uderstand whats wrong i started the shadow copy volume copy and backup services ive also disabled kaspersky, mbam and my firewall it worked fine 2 days ago please help i dont know whats wrong. this is an example of what i see https://i.stack.imgur.com/DwWzW.png.

Ohh ok the exploit thing was because I had to revert to malwarebytes 2.0 once because of an issue never uninstalled it thanks for pointing it out

ok so partially solved turns out the license thing was my firewall being overly protective i disabled it but still real time protection layers just turn themselves of by random its weird just now ransomware protection turned itself off

Hello i was recently helped with malware removal in another thread but i noticed something off it said no anti virus products protecting in windows security center i saw that malwarebytes like always had web protection off (it turns off randomly sometimes) i re enabled it and launched mbam to my surprise i had the "free" license even though i have my key and paid for premium instances of this have happened to me before when i re entered the key i got no instalation_token found we are unable to activate my license i was considering uninstalling and instaling mbam when i realized my ethernet connection indicator said no internet even though i clearly do have internet, no antivirus installers are working, thus im apprehensive to uninstall mbam fearing i will not be able to reinstall it.

alright here they are adw cleaner generated 2 logs one when the scan finished and one when the cleaning finished so i thought id include them both JRT.txt AdwCleaner[C4].txt AdwCleaner[S5].txt

Also I’d I don’t expect you to know butduring the initial infection I looked in my temp folder and saw senolisetup(a bunch of numbers).exe I’m not sure what that was responsible for but it was aggressive and refused to be deleted or even moved always said access denied or file being used with glasswire I could see it repeatedly scanning for open ports but I was able to take care of it by blocking it with my firewall to stop it from executing and then using malwarebytes file assasin to delete the file that was of course days ago it all seems fine now I’m just puzzled on what that exe file was

Nope after I cleaned up with scanners deleted utorrent and cleared my temp it was gone I even scanned today again to be sure

it just keeps saying no fixlist found the fixlist should be found in the same directory of the tool

it refused to uninstall so i ran the tool and it completed and i scanned i clicked fix and it said something about the log already being there the date of the file looks old i tried again but it didn't change so i just uploaded it take a look Addition.txt Fixlog.txt FRST.txt

is it ok if kaspersky stays installed for some reason it refuses to uninstall no matter how much i try

I never installed secure connection and cleaner so i assume it came with the installer i had on my usb.

i generally don't have their realtime protection engines turned on and ony have them as a sort of on demand scanner the only antimalware/antivirus products that i actively run is sophs and mbam, also a few of these were installed with a emergency usb that i had for situations like this thing is i uninstalled comodo and g data as i don't use them so i'm puzzled on why they show i guess ill run the g data uninstall tool and recheck if i have comodo uninstalled like i said i have the avast self defense module turned off and only use it as a scanner as their realtime protection slows down my system and i do alot of gaming and graphic dsign so i need the power but if i need to uninstall avast i will.

Here is the log you ask for i figured out the blue screen was caused because the NTFS file system of the drive was corrupted although its fixed now i suspect its due to this recent infection. Addition.txt
