  1. Hello, About a week ago and after the Windows 10 update (I already had Windows 10 previously) my desktop was very slow, and only whatever had to do with the programs and the Windows. Using the Internet was fine. It took half an hour for my desktop to completely start up/shut down each time. A couple of time it did shut down faster, but only these one/two times. After about 1 to 2 minutes at the starting up process, the screen went completely black for about 30 seconds or so and only after that black screen disappeared, only then I was able to run anything in my PC (application or to work with Windows), but again all operations were very slow. I was waiting for 5 minutes or more for Windows to load the control panel or any other program! Exactly after the Windows update, I also noticed that the Kaspersky icon appeared again on my desktop, like when we just install a program. I tried to run Malwarebytes from the arrow at the system tray, but nothing happened when I clicked the icon there. I went for a walk with my dog and after half an hour Malwarebytes still didn't launch, nothing happened. Then I went to run Malwarebytes from the installed programs, and a window from Windows opened asking me if I give my permission for this program to allow to make changes in my computer just like when we are about to install a new program … :-o I did run a scan both with Kaspersky Internet Security and with Malwarebytes but they didn't find any threat. Searching for solutions online I came upon a thread somewhere with the following tip to make our Windows much faster: https://m.reddit.com/r/Windows10/comments/3fm7m8/windows_10_is_very_laggy_and_slow_after_the_update/ After I did that, my desktop run again as normal and perhaps a little faster. But lately, the past two-three days, I have noticed that when I am starting up the chrome browser, it starts from a blank screen and after 2-3 seconds loads gradually the page (I have set it to load the apps page). So, I think that the problem has not been solved, but rather postponed. Also, on the Internet, when I am clicking on something, sometimes there’s a significant lag before I can continue with the selected action. I did run and saved the results from the Event Viewer from Windows 10 and it found 3 critical errors and many other problems, but there’s not any relation to any file/program so I don’t know where to search. Attached are also the results from the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool. Many thanks in advance people! <3 FRST.txt Addition.txt
