  1. I'm not having any luck using the helpdesk system for support so I'm posting here.. I've opened a ticket (#474690) 5 days ago and it's still "Awaiting assignment to a support agent". I've posted a follow up yesterday asking if support needed anything else from me to assign the ticket but I've had zero response as of yet. As we are a paying enterprise customer, I'm surprised my request hasn't been assigned yet. Would someone from Malwarebytes please assist?
  2. Lazz, Thanks for the reply, are there plans to add this feature to Malwarebytes Enterprise Edition?

I've noticed a large amount of the client machines have become out of date and after rescanning the domain I get the following message on the majority of the machines: "Client software installed on the remote machine was an older version, you can perform an upgrade installation." Does the Malwarebytes server not push out client updates (software client, not database) to the managed machines connected? If not, is there an automated way to keep the clients updated? This is a problem for me as I manage over 3,000+ machines.
