  1. I was trying to open Microsoft Access 2000. My machine got crazy doing something and then gave me a memory error. I saw SSP.exe running in task manager. A google search tells me it is a SpyStopper Pro process. I do not have this software installed. I ran a complete search of my computer and this exe does not exist. The other posts on Google said that this could be malware. MalwareBytes Pro is running and shows nothing. Everything seems normal after the memory incident. Please advise.
  2. I ran a full scan with MBAM pro and received the following: ...\Trend Micro\OfficeScan Client\Temp\VS060QJM.GIF (Extension.Mismatch) -> No action taken ...\Trend Micro\OfficeScan Client\Temp\VSCK0THQ.GIF (Extension.Mismatch) -> No action taken The second file listed above has been identified and quarantined and deleted prior to this message. There are other files in the Trend Micro temp folder that yield the same results by MBAM, either no action or quarantined and deleted. Are these false positives? Do I need to do anything else? Thanks for your help.
