I did work with one of your experts. All advice was followed and things seem fine except that I cannot delete the folder specified. Please advise.

I had some issues recently and ran ComboFix. I was unable to uninstall the program so I was told to run OTC and then remove what remained manually. I see posts that uninstalling ComboFix will delete this folder, but since that will not run, how else can I get rid of it? The error I get is that BackEnv, the subfolder, directory is not empty. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Good Morning. I have MBAM Pro version 1.75.0.1300 running on two computers. On the scheduler tab, there are options missing from one computer that exist on the other one. I have attached both screen shots. Please advise. Scheduler.bmp Scheduler II.bmp

Thank you. How long does it usually take to run? It has been running for 20+ minutes. Task manager shows it running but 0 CPU usage.

That ran in about one second and just said finished. I still have combofix.exe on my desktop and C:\Combofix.txt. I can certainly delete those but wondering where the other files were so I can verify that they are gone.

I ended it but I can't get to the page to get the uninstaller.

The uninstall of Combofix looks more like it is installing. It is extracting files and asking me if I want to update to the new version. What should be my answer and if it is reinstalling is that an issue?

It is version 10.5.1083. Not sure if this is considered a new version.

What exclusions should be set for running Trend Micro Officescan virus software and MBAM Pro? MBAM will not all me to enable Website blocking if Trend Micro is running. Thanks!

The interesting thing though is I have another computer with the same programs (the OS is Win7 instead of XP) and it works fine. Hmmmm.

If I unload Trend Micro and exit MBAM and then restart MBAM it will allow me to set the option for Website blocking. I left if for a while and then restarted Trend Micro. It's been about an hour and both are still functioning normally. Seems MBAM has to load first. Do you concur?

Yes I have the pro version. I do not use Firefox and am using Internet Explorer as I do not really like Google Chrome.

Same problem. When I installed it, it set the website blocking. Then I rebooted the machine to see if it would set it again and it did not. Any thoughts? PS. Did checkup.txt look ok?

The mbam-clean.exe link does not work for me. Can you zip and send please and thanks?

It won't allow me to paste the contents of the file either as plain text or not. I could attach it but your note says not to. Please advise. Also, MalwareBytes seems to turn Website blocking on and off and when it goes off, I cannot turn it back on. Please advise.
