  1. Bummer! I'm still waiting for nearly 2 years for Malwarebytes iSO for Australian, and it's STILL not ready.
  2. G'day Malwarebytes Staff, When will Mbam be available for Australia via App Store for my iPhone, I've been a very long time member using Malwarebytes Premium on my laptop. I would love to have this on my iPhone. Cheers
  3. G'day I'm having the same issue and I've already tried Delay Real-Time Protection When Malwarebytes Starts for 15 seconds and I'm sorry to say it doesn't help when most people have SSD on there laptop, I have two SSD on my laptop also where can I find a Malwarebytes backup configuration settings for those who want to backup their settings. Cheers
  4. @fr33tux understood and thank you the Auslogics Disk Defrag has been removed.
  5. @fr33tux if the AdwCleaner detection is correct then why my Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium database version is 2016.12.1.6 hasn't pick this up which doesn't make any sense to me at all can you please explain??
  6. I don't have Auslogics BoostSpeed and Auslogics Driver Updater installed on my laptop, I only have Auslogics Disk Defrag Free and I've already scan my computer with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware I have no detection at all zero virus, malware, PUP etc etc etc at all. It's only AdwCleaner v6.030 that is picking up the issue and as I said before and I'm 100% sure is false positive.
  7. G'day I believe Auslogics Disk Defrag is false positive when using the latest AdwCleaner, could you please check. Thank you. # AdwCleaner v6.030 - Logfile created 30/11/2016 at 14:32:53 # Updated on 19/10/2016 by Malwarebytes # Database : 2016-11-29.1 [Server] # Operating System : Windows 8.1 (X64) # Username : # Running from : # Mode: Scan # Support : https://www.malwarebytes.com/support ***** [ Services ] ***** No malicious services found. ***** [ Folders ] ***** Folder Found: C:\ProgramData\Auslogics Folder Found: C:\ProgramData\Application Data\Auslogics Folder Found: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Auslogics Folder Found: C:\Program Files (x86)\Auslogics ***** [ Files ] ***** No malicious files found. ***** [ DLL ] ***** No malicious DLLs found. ***** [ WMI ] ***** No malicious keys found. ***** [ Shortcuts ] ***** No infected shortcut found. ***** [ Scheduled Tasks ] ***** No malicious task found. ***** [ Registry ] ***** Key Found: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Auslogics ***** [ Web browsers ] ***** No malicious Firefox based browser items found. 8. G'day I've checked my father laptop and it a real legitimate lifetime license as Becky said when I bought it at downloadcrew.....................PHEW! I was about to have a bloody heart attack and I would like to buy one more for my Uncle as well before it to late as I'm not 100% how many they've got left to spare and I'm not sure I should try again and buy it from downloadcrew.
  9. G'day Becky, Thanks for your feedback and I'll double check this when I see his laptop, however my father was using MBAM free v.2.1.8.1057 when it was automatically installed over the top of v2.1.6 before I gave him the license key so the key was activate on v.2.1.8.1057 not before. Fingers Cross on the My Account screen. If it is a lifetime license, it will say Lifetime I'm begging for this when I see it.
  10. G'day daledoc1, Thanks Pal. I got this for my father while he's on the Pension, I bought his new laptop 3 months ago.
  11. G'day Daledoc1, I've bought a license for my father laptop from that link via from Avast Forum on the 17-06-2015, and I'm bloody MAD! does your staff need a complete PDF record receipt for payment of cleverbridge AG and can somebody check the license ID and Key if is blacklist how would you like me to deliver. https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=52252.msg1227916#msg1227916
  12. G'day daledoc1, Thank you very much for your support which you have been so helpful and including Maurice Naggar for his feedback too, any way just to let you know everything seem back to normal and it seem the realtime update checks may be the culprit while booting up before reaching the internet online. Understood the above quote.
  13. What is the best way to slow down the issue, and I've already set the check for update in my scheduler an hour instead of realtime as I said before I've never had this issue since v2.1.6 which is seem strange. Chow
  14. Thank you for your current Maurice Naggar I was a bit worried if I had the same issue as the Canadian users, and I haven't done a clean installed just yet do you strongly believe I should do a clean install, since I've done an update of v2.1.8 over the top of v2.1.6.

  18. Thanks for the feedback daledoc1 understood loud and clear, I've never had this issue since I had v2.1.6 as it seem bloody strange. I'll do a clean installed ASAP and report back to you. Chow all the way from OZ.
  19. G'day. I've done step 1 paste the results from command prompt looks okay. Step 2. Step 3. See attachment.
  20. G'day Please bare with me I'm having the same issue in Australia using v2.1.8 Premium register as a lifetime user and I've been using MBAM for a very long time, anyway as I said I'm having the same problem in Australia as posted from https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/169825-database-failing-to-update/however I'm instructed by daledoc1 reply #25 to start a new topic. When I turn on my laptop during the boot up internet online and when MBAM show up on my screen saying unable to update server with a yellow dot colour showing, and I waited about 10mins because my realtime schedule setting check for update starts 10min later and it automatic update the Database no problem and issue at all. The Database Failing to Update straight after the boot-up when going online because it keep saying unable to update server with a yellow dot colour showing, and when I did a manual update straight away before the automatic 10mins update starts. Chow.
