I have tried every suggestion Tate has made with the (more or less) the same results; only differing in that I was able to load updated versions of all the software involved to the infected computer. Haven't yet attempted a repair install. Giving that a shot soon.If you're still interested in in pursuing a solution to this problem, Tate, I'd be glad to participate.
