Is this a false positive?

I just installed malwarebytes and I have utorrent running in the background, I'm not downloading or seeding anything and It blocks a random IP twice.

12:23:00 IP-BLOCK 89.209.91.236 (Type: outgoing, Port: 53019, Process: utorrent.exe)

12:54:00 IP-BLOCK 194.143.137.38 (Type: outgoing, Port: 53019, Process: utorrent.exe)

What does this mean? I assumed utorrent was a safe program?

This isn't an F/P.

uTorrent, like similar programs, use P2P technology, and don't particularly care what IPs they're connecting to. This means they'll connect to both safe and unsafe IPs. In this case, attempts were made to connect to known malicious IPs, but MBAM blocked them.
