The IPs are blocked due to malicious content being identified.Due to the nature of the program in question, it uses P2P technology, which means it connects to a plethora of other IPs, some benign, others either controlled by criminals, or infected by one thing or another.Please be aware, criminals often target those using P2P to get music, films, software etc etc, as they're less prone to either checking the files they're downloading, or reporting where they came from when infected.
