Google Redirects

So this morning, I woke up to find that all google search results were redirecting to third party sites. it appears that google itself has been hijacked, as Malwarebytes actually blocked it. When disabled, I noticed that google will search, but for instance, when I searched "Hello", the link address for the page "Hello" for Wikipedia looked like this: http://www.g**gle.com/go?43344650 (de-linked)

I've ran several programs to try to fix it, including Malwarebytes, OTL, etc. But Im running off of other people's experiences and hopiung that someone more knowledgeable than myself can help. Im running on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Also, I should add that I just tried to repair it myself, by going manually into the Hosts file, as indicated by Hijackthis, and I saw this:

When I tried to delete those two lines, first I had to disable read-only for the file. Then I had to enable administrative privileiges for it. Then I got "Access is Denied". So, that didn't work either.

I won't be needing assistance with this after all...When I tried to turn on my laptop last night it wouldnt even run Startup...I had to do a non-destructive restore. Thanks anyway
