ISSUE: I am receiving the message PROGRAM_ERROR_LOAD_DATABASE when I try to open Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, what does it mean and how can I fix it?SOLUTION: Usually this occurs because your database file has become corrupt. It is usually corrected by following the instructions posted below (choose the instructions that apply to your version of Windows)Essentially:We are deleting the rules.ref file.
