Skype and Avast

I recently bought malawarebytes - and I am having one issue with it that I am unable to resolve. It constantly gives false positives from Avast and Skype. I have tried to exempt both the folders AND the .exes themselves using the ignore list. It made no difference. Here is a screenshot of the ignore list:

What am I doing wrong? Is this a bug with the program?

Just to confirm, these are not for Avast itself, but are being shown as Avast because it intercepts the requests.

The Skype requests similarly are not F/P's. Skype utilizes P2P (peer to peer) connectivity, and as such, connects to millions of IPs, it doesn't care if they're malicious or not. Blocking them won't affect the usability of Skype.
