Windows Security does not recognize Malwarebytes

Greetings,

I've just installed malwarebytes but Windows Security tells me I have no virus software installed. Did I miss something when I decided to install malwarebytes, or is something else going on that needs but a simple tweak to correct this? I've already rebooted...
