Internet not working after Malware removal

Hi guys, please help?? I am not able to connect to the internet after using the malware removal tool (mbam). I get this message on attempt: (res ieframe.dll noconnect.png) I have selected the system to obtain DNS server automatically but still can't access the internet. I have Vista. I'll appreciate your rresponse. Thanks in advance :(

As you still may have remnants of infection I suggest ensuring your system is clean by utilizing assistance from an expert.
