'certain items cannot be removed'

Hello

Once I run a scan, it detects 7 infected items. And when i try to remove them, it says that all items could not be removed. I re-scanned several times, but still those 7 items are remaining. What should I do?

Tasha2311, it appears you are already being helped here. Since your updating issue may be due to the infection, please follow the instructions below.

It is best that you have your system checked for and cleaned of infection FIRST, and to keep only ONE open thread at the HJT forum for now.
