robinski Posted June 5, 2011 ID:437063 Share Posted June 5, 2011 I Googled for some tech info yesterday and when I visited one of the suggested sites, MBAM informed me that it had detected Trojan.Hiloti. The nasty exe had been copied to my IE cache but MBAM quarantined it for me. I decided to go one step further and deleted the file from quarantine. However, this morning I received a notification that a new version of MBAM was available so I installed it. After a reboot, I checked the installation and was surprised to see that the Trojan.Hiloti file from yesterday was back in quarantine. I realise that there's no threat posed by this but I'm puzzled how the file could have been returned to quarantine after it had been deleted. Any ideas?
