Using MBAM to remove AntiVirusPro

Hi,

One of my computers is infected with AntiVirusPro. I purchased MBAM and burned it to CD, then installed it into my infected computer. Now I've run a scan and I have two questions before I procede: First, is it safe to remove all the infected files? Will I be deleting files that my computer needs to function? Second, if I attach the log file I've saved into an email from my infected computer, and then open that email in my clean computer, am I putting my clean computer in danger?
