Firefox and Firewall Disabled

Hi,

hopefully someone can help me with this.

Firefox will open and run for a few minutes then stops working, meaning that it won't navigate to any new web page but just endlessly says "connecting" then says stopped. If I close it and try to re-open it, then it says Firefox is already and I need to restart the system. About the same time Firefox stops working, the Windows firewall gets turned off.

I've done a full scan with Malwarebytes and it finds 0 infected.

What can I do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is most likely an issue with your wireless in my opinion. Try re-starting your wireless router, resetting your computer and then give it a go.

Also, try downloading Spywareblaster as it works with Firefox. If my advice doesn't work then you'll have to wait for a more expert opinion: I don't want to say anything that could cause your comp more harm, just giving general tips I know...
