Norton Updater

I recently went away from my machine and went to school. Coming back 20 min ago I saw malwarebytes wanting to Quarantine Nortons Anti Virus updater.

I do not have any proofs nor logs because my mouse did not function nor did my keyboard (nothing to do with malware).

That was the actual Nortons updater,I would like to know if you spotted this, it was an one time incident or that your unaware and will test it?

Don't need. Norton Security Scan is the program MBAM detects as a virus. It says something about the update .exe etc and if I want to quarantine or ignore. I highly dislike this and instead of sending me to a link you should as this is a HIGHLY popular program, fix it as I have adressed the EXACT program at this point in time.

This is on a windows 7 64 bit machine if it matters.

the actual program detected is not update.exe but norton security scans updater.
