Recently I had a massive virus attack which I managed to quell, via System Restore - and after downloading Spybot S&D/SuperAntiSpyware (along with Malwarebytes) I already have, they all found everything they could and are coming back clear, aside from a few tracking cookies still around.

However there's still problems with the computer - I think, at least, but I exhausted my technical knowledge getting rid of everything else, but something on the computer is still slowing my internet explorer down and I'm still getting some popups now and again.

I do get the occasional message saying "windows host process has stopped working" or something like that which slows IE down, and also, when I'm scanning with S&D I get it scanning a load of filse under the name "virtumonde". I've no idea what these files are or where they're from, so I was wondering if anyone could help? I have my HijackThis log:
