Quarantined and deleted successfully?

Hello to all! my 1st post. (hope I'm in the right area) I read all the posts today. Yesterday I was clean with the program. Today I came up with 2 hits.. Ran the scan twice, there in the Logs tab 1 time, and still in Quarantined? I'm still learning my way around the program. Can anyone advise on what to do? and are the files deleted? thx . for your time
