Ask about Quarantine File being restored

Im just asking for this because one of my system MBAM detected and quarantined an important files Deep Freeze which is caused by false positive.

The DF file was detect on thawed mode. This mean i disable the DF when MBAM detects and quarantined it.

Now i restored back the files and asking if restoring a quarantined files is 100% safe? I mean can it cause my program not to function properly.

Do i have to reinstall the DF?

Added info.

The file location that MBAM deleted is in system32 which is very important files.

DeepFreeze should work fine after removing the file from quarantine.

The only reason why it would not work OK is if there was a registry entry that was needed for the file (such as if it were a service) which was also deleted, but that would show up in the log as well.
