As for the site itself - it's not your site that's being targetted for blocking, it's the IP it's living on (or rather, the range it's living on). We're currently working with NetDirekt to get their range cleaned up, and are unblocking parts of their range as they're cleaned and stay cleaned for a specific length of time.

Not sure why it's not working for you, but it's loading just fine here. However, as already mentioned, your site itself, is not actually blocked - just the IP.
