mbam error add to results (0,6)

Recommended Posts

... Anyone here happen to know chinese?

Unfortunately none of our support staff know Chinese. I'm not certain if any of our more helpful users know Chinese either.

As far as the error code, MBAM_ERROR_ADD_TO_RESULTS means that there was an error adding a detected item to the list of scan results. Please add the following files to the process exclusions list in your anti-virus (please note, however, that the paths to the files will be different on a Chinese language edition of Windows):

  • C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe
  • C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamgui.exe
  • C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamservice.exe

You may also want to add the following files to the scan exclusions in your anti-virus:

  • C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\mbam.sys
  • C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\mbamswissarmy.sys

If your computer has a 64-bit edition of Windows, you will want to add the following files instead:

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamgui.exe
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamservice.exe
  • C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\mbam.sys
