TR/Spy.Gen Malware

Recently I've got a strange TR/Spy.Gen malware which I can't remove. I am presently using Avira and it always pops this virus. I cant use malwarebytes and have to use it in safe mode. When I used it in safe mode, it removes the virus. I use Avira in safemode, it removes this virus too. Afterwards, when I go back to normal mode, this virus again appears. As an information, I am deactivate also my system restore but unable to remove this virus from my machine.. Please help me to remove this virus. This virus dont allow me to download any new antivirus.....

You may try to switch to safe mode (with networking) and see if you can download any tools. If it is not successful, you may need to transfer the downloaded files from another computer by CDs or USB flash drives.

By the way, please follow the instructions below so that an expert helper can guide you cleaning your machine for free -
