Terminal Services malwarebytes scans are appearing to users

Hello All,

I have Malwarebytes installed on a Windows 2008 Terminal server. I have scan times configured and one of them is a quick scan at noon time. The scan appears to all users currently logged in and if it finds a bug it prompts for a reboot. I have the users ability to reboot restricted via group policy so this is a major issue.

Is it possible to scan quietly or hidden so that the users work isnt disturbed and they are not prompted to reboot if needed?
