MBAM question

Hi,

The last time I ran a scan with MBAM, I was IMing with someone while the scan was going on. (This is something I never do - I usually leave the PC alone while a scan is going on). All of a sudden, my wireless mouse and keyboard crapped out at the same time. I shut the PC off to stop the scan and I eventually got first the keyboard and then the mouse functioning but I'm not sure which of the troubleshooting steps I used did the trick.

I like MBAM and I am not trying to find fault with it, but is it possible that the scanner interfered with the wireless connection? I just need to know for future situations. If it matters, the mouse and keyboard are made by different manufacturers and don't use the same receiver. They have been functioning fine since I got them working yesterday.

No, it could not interfere with the wireless connection. Did the scan freeze or did it keep going?

The scan continued as it normally would until I switched off the PC
