Registry Data Items Infected

I've contracted a trojan/virus on my computer and even though my registered version of Malwayrebytes' Anti-Malware finds them and supposedly removes them, when I restart the computer all of the popups start up again. Every time I run MBAM, it finds it and removes it only to have it come back.

Where they've been found is:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntivirusDisableNotify (Disabled.SecurityCenter)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\FirewallDisableNotify (Disabled.SecurityCenter)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\UpdatesDisableNotify (Disabled.SecurityCenter)

Could I please get some help on this? I'm somewhat desperate to get this junk off of my computer.
