Error code 732

Recommended Posts

I'm getting the same error code as many of the other posts....howeve I believe my issue is due to a Malware infection, or virus....I cannot update Malwarebytes and have tried the solutions for the Non-Malware cause....no help.

Whatever it is that is causing this will not allow certain programs to connect or update..it will also not allow a connection to Terminal Services. It does allow access to the internet and even Exchange.

Hello, and welcome to Malwarebytes.org

We don't work on Malware removal in the general forums.

If you would like expert help with malware removal, please print out, read and follow the directions here:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=9573

Try to complete all the steps, but you can skip any steps you are unable to complete. Then post a NEW topic here:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showforum=7

If your computer is un-bootable and you cannot run any of the steps, just post a description of the problems you are having there.

One of the expert helpers there will give you one-on-one assistance when one becomes available.

After posting your new post make sure under options that you select Track this topic and choose one of the Email options so that you're alerted when someon has replied to your post.

Alternatively, as a paying customer, you can contact the help desk at support@malwarebytes.org

Hi Gmo,

If you believe you are infected with malware, you need to follow the directions I posted above.

If you can't complete some of the steps, like running MBAM for instance, just skip those particular steps. But try to complete as many steps as you can as this will help the expert to diagnose your problems quicker.
