Need help please; infected??

ok, so my computer appears t be running fine, but on virus scans, with norton, it always finds "tracking cookies"

then, when i look on full history, there is bloodhound.cc.rootkit, with a status as "not submitted", and it won't let me submit it for whatver reason; no option to. so, i click on quick scan under norton internet seurity, and it is scanning and finding nothing, yet the following programs i notice are being scanned through;

c:\programdata\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\Systemdefends\systemdefender uninstall.ink

c:\program files\sunshinespy\sunio.sys

c:\Program Files\ Smart Keystroke Recorder\ skr.exe

c:\program files\ virus blast\virusblast.exe

c:\ program files\virusuwadame

HKEY_USERS\S-1-15-19\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\Explorer\Menuorder\Start Menu\Programs\Harddriveguard

or, instead of Harddriveguard there things such as essentialeraser or defensedudisque or pcboosterpro or sansinfections or meglipc or tabortvirus or extremuclean are displayed

the list of similar things is endless

also spylocked 4. came up

and zesoft

as i say, this is me just watching what norton is scanning through, but it doesn't detect anything, but still; what is all this stuff, should i be worried? i never get pop ups or anythin cos i have a pop up blocker, and i never open dodgy folders. the internet says some of these things like zesoft are spyware, but norton just says non found!!!
