Help a worm crawled into my computer

I never had a worm before. It is in quarantine at this time. Could I delete it from my system?

The log file below is when the worm was detected and the one below that is the last one that I ran with mbam.exe /developer

Hi Lazer -

Please, always delete any infection that Malwarebytes finds - Then reboot, update, and rescan - (I notice you do have Version 3400 but always recheck) -

If it was found by this program, it is usually dangerous -

You are running XP SP3 ?? same as me - I have needed to do this several times as I can get hit just as easy as you -

Do you have a decent antivirus (Minimum Avira free or better) -

Note that the second scan took about one and a half mins more - Delete it now -
