Hello Brad,

A few observations:

If this system is a company pc, be sure to get your company's IT tech support to check it out.

You ran MBAM in Safe mode. It should be run in Normal mode.

Also, their is a newer version of MBAM (version 1.42) which you should download, save, then install.

See http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

After installing it, you'll also need to update the definitions. As the ones you currently have are very much outdated.

Start your MBAM MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware.

Click the Settings Tab. Make sure all option lines have a checkmark.

Next, Click the Update tab. Press the "Check for Updates" button.

At this time, the current definitions are 3310 or later. The latest program version is 1.42

When done, click the Scanner tab.

Do a Quick Scan.

When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.

Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

When disinfection is completed {if one is found} , a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.

The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.

If you need further help, please do as Prairie dog has suggested.
