SHGetValue failed with error code 0

When I try to run the tool I get the error: "SHGetValue failed with error code 0".

currently version installed: 1.41

But When I try to Start Protection I get an error code 1073

Q: What antivirus program is installed and running?

Any other (besides MBAM) anti malware app running?

Close any open work program you have running. Disable your antivirus app (temporarily) and any other antimalware.

Then give one more try at mbam-clean

Q1: I use KIS 2009.

Q2: No. nothing.

I Close all open work program and stop KIS. but not run them.
